- Ordering products from the Dizzane Jewellery online shop is a simple and straightforward process. Just add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and once you have finished shopping click to checkout. The majority of our customers find it easier to create their own Dizzane online account which offers several advantages. These include the facility to view your order history, create product reviews, add items to your Wishlist and make the checkout process faster and easier. To create an account, click on the 'My Account' link at the top of every page. Please note that although creating an account makes it simpler to manage your orders and purchase from our online shop, you do not have to create an account in order to purchase from Dizzane. You can easily checkout as a guest by following the simple instructions at the checkout stage.
- Despatch & Delivery
- All orders received before 15.00 GMT Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day if the items are in stock. Stock availability is shown on each product page. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on the delivery method specified at the checkout stage. Orders will be despatched to the shipping address entered at the checkout stage which will usually be the credit/debit cardholder's address. If you require your order delivered to another address after you have placed your order please contact us to arrange.
- Returns & Replacements
- You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the point of despatch and any payments you have made will be refunded to you in full within 7 working days. Should you wish to return any products to us after receipt you should contact us within 2 days of delivery stating your reason for returning the products. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards or from your PayPal account through our secure PayPal payment gateway. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a credit/debit payment. When you are ready to checkout you will be taken to our PayPal payment page to enter your card details. This is an 'https' SSL page which means your card details will be encrypted for total security and peace of mind. When your payment has been successful you will be redirected back to the Dizzane Jewellery website. The prices displayed on our website are correct and up to date and are the prices you will pay at checkout. There will be no hidden extras added to your order other than your chosen delivery method at checkout. From time to time Dizzane will offer promotions, price reductions, special offers and discount vouchers. Voucher codes should be entered at the checkout stage and the price displayed in your cart will be updated accordingly.
- Viewing Orders
- If you have created an account you can view your order history by logging in to your account and clicking "My Orders" which can be found on the left hand side of your Account Dashboard page. You can also track the status of current orders and view all previous orders you have placed with us.
- Updating Account Information
- To make changes to your account information details simply log in to your account then click on "Account Information" to update your email address or "Address Book" to make changes to your home address or preferred delivery addresses. You can also subscribe to or unsubscribe from our newsletter, add or delete items in your Wishlist and manage your Product Reviews in the "My Account" section.
- Privacy & Security
- At Dizzane we take our customer's privacy and security extremely seriously. We will never compromise your personal details in any way by selling, renting or passing them on to any third parties. We do not store customers credit or debit card details on our website neither do we keep records of these in any retrieval system either electronic or otherwise.
